2011 and what is NEW!!

Is there anything new in the world today?  You bet ya!  The world has gone mad and the LORD is about to return to clean up the mess that man has made.

What are doing to prepare you house for the coming Tribulation?  Look around and see if you don’t agree that the world is a whole lot worse today than ever before.  Finacially, Politically, Socially things are spinging out of control. If you have not taken teps to protect yourself… you might be in for a rude awakening.  While others say things, “Always get better”… What if they get worse?  Are you ready?  Do you have some protection in place if in one hour the world collasped?

I would pray that you are paying attention and preparing for the worse.  if I am wrong, what’s the worse thing that can happen?  You have a little food, water, money, etc set aside?  I lived in California earthquake country nd lived through three major quakes.  In 1999 I not only prepared for the “Big One”, but also paid attention to Y2K because notbody knew.  So when nothing happened, I still had a supple of food and water for the next pending disaster.

God bless you all in this horriblew age we live, but there is an escape available…  Want to know what it is?

Just ask me!

Twas the Night before Christmas… or not!

For many of us these next few days signify something much more than tradition, stress, too much food, debt, strife, disappointment, etc, etc, etc!  What does it mean to you?  Today you can look around and notice that things are very different than when you where growing up.  The 50’s and 60’s, when so many Yuppie/Baby Boomers where just kids, life was pretty simple.  Video games, cell phones, computers, mega TVs, fax machines and every other crazy gadjet you can name was nothing more than something in a Saturday Matinee movie seriel or Sci-Fi movie at the local SINGLE screen theater!

Facebook, Google, Twitter, Yahoo, e-mail and “Wiki anything” were words that didn’t even exist or ment something very different than what they mean today.  Most night’s my favorite toy was either an empty can we kicked around the neighborhood, a baseball glove, football or toy machine gun while re-enacting World War II in our yard.  Maybe your rich friend had a electroinc slot car track or new Schwinn Sting Ray he might let you ride.  If you were handy, you hacksawed a pair of old girl roller skates and nailed them on a 2X6 and rolled around on what nobody knew one day would become a high tech skateboard!  Some Christmases you might dare to dream or ask for a BB Gun, but you already knew the answer to that question… “you’ll shot your eye out with that”.

Our kids will never know the simple joy of what life was like back than.  As a matter of fact, Christmas has vanished completely when you think about it.  The Christmas Tree is now a Holiday Tree.  The Nativity Scene is banished from public.  Christmas Carols of old are now replace with parodies about food, Santa Claus, maybe sung by dead rock stars or movie stars.  The hymms about the True meaning are also band.  Xmas has replaced Christ in Christmas and the so- called “Tolerant” world won’t tolerate anything to do with the GOD of Christmas.  The “Reason for the Season” now is money, money money!!

You can argue whether Jesus Christ was born on December 25th or not, you can elect to not beleive in GOD altogether… you live in a plce that allows your freedom to worship or not.  But for just one day out of 365 could you just leave those who elect to celebrate the birth of their Savior alone? I know the world has elected to worship the creation… instead of the Creator, so on Earth Day put up your Holiday Tree, give one another a recycled vegen sandwich, ask Mother Nature to protect you and sing John Lennon’s anthem… Image! I don’t care, it doesn’t offend me… but I will pray for you!

“As for me and my house… We will serve the LORD”!  Merry Christmas and I pray that there is a New Year, if not, I rest in the Blessings of what my GOD has prepared for those who love HIM!

Is this Year over Already?

WOW, I can’t beleave another year is gone!  It seems like yesterday I was all wond up over Y2K!!  Now everyone is focused on 2012.

Look, no matter how much time you have left here on this spinning ball, you must look at today as, “The first day of the rest of your Life”.  I am sure this next year, 2011 is going to be just as tough as the last, maybe more.  One this is for sure, I have advanced my career and wealth in these turn downs in the economy.  Why or How you ask?  Because when everyone else is crying gloom and doom, I am looking for those opportunites that are all over the place.  There are deals on everything, businesses are giving up and if you don’t buy into this gloom, your enthusiasm and passion will draw people to you.  Who wants to follow someone who is down in the dumps or hanging there head.

Put a smile on your face and cheer up!  I remember the mid 1970’s gas lines, the market crashes and bad markets of 1989 and 1999.  When everyone else gave up, I invested, worked harder and looked ahead.  If when this market hit bottom in April of 2009 you had bought in, can I tell you how rich you would be today?

Make a real New Year’s resolution this year!  Look at your self in the mirror and make a change.  Make 2011 the best year of your life.  Only you can do that.  get healthy, get wealthy and enjoy every minute you have left.  If you’re in a rut, get out.  Remember, a rut is a grave with the ends knocked out.  There are two types of people… Winners and losers.  Which one will you be in 2011?  Your choice.

Happy New Years, most importantly… Merry Christmas and remember the Reason for the Season.  I have just returned home from my seconds trip to Israel.  Pray for the peace of Israel!!!!!

Why a Small Business Opportunity Over a Job?

Haven’t you always dreamt about being your own boss?  Being the guy in charge of your life and spending your time building up your success… not theirs?

Anyone who is tired of being cooped up in an office all day, or lost your job after years with the same company, or is simply looking for a new line of work needs to do some soul searching and figure out where their life is going. The truth is, the world is filled with opportunities and you do not have to limit yourself to more traditional work. The following are four reasons why you may want to instead choose a small business opportunity that is affordable and anyone can start.

1)    A small business opportunity can help you to achieve your goal of owning a business of your own. You will be working on building a business of your own that will help you to secure your future and guarantee residual income. Why continue using your skills and experience to help someone achieve their dreams when you could be using them to achieve your own dreams? Instead of feeling underappreciated for the work you accomplish, you can take pride in what can accomplished.  Don’t quit your job just yet, start your new business part time, a few hours a week will do.

2)   The ownership of your own business can also help you to reach financial goals that a traditional job will not allow you to. Being employed by someone else simply means that your income is limited to the amount they feel your efforts are worth. Too often, this means that you will be underpaid for the amount of work you do for the company. The ownership of a business represents complete financial control over your profits.  There are tax benefits also to having your own business.

3)   Choosing a small business opportunity over a traditional job will also allow you to gain more experience in the business industry. By planning out your finances, product research, and marketing, you will gain valuable knowledge on how the industry works and should you ever have to return to traditional employment, you will find this experience can earn you a much higher income than you received before. It will definitely give you an advantage over other applicants.

4)   This is no cake walk.  The American Dream is available to those that work hard and never give up.  Abraham Lincoln once said, “Good things come to those that wait… But only those things left over by those that hustle”.

When is a good time to start?  Now is always the best time.  The economy, finding extra time, don’t have any extra money to start, etc, are all excuses.  Start Now!

What Do You Want To Be When You Grow Up?

When was the last time you asked that question? Was it as a small child, as a student, as a young adult or after you had already made your career choice?  Was it too late, is it too late now?

If you still don’t know what you want to be when you grow up, maybe it’s time to try something new and different.  After all, the definition of insanity is, “Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”I have a unique methodology that really works and will give you a concrete answer to the ageless question, “What do I want to be when I grow up.” It all starts here…

Think back to a day when you were totally energized…a day when time flew by.  Can you remember a day like that, when you looked at a clock at the end of the day and said, “Wow, where did the time go?”

You have probably experienced a day (or maybe just a moment) like that at home, at work or maybe doing an activity you love to do.

Some of you may have to think way back into your childhood to find such a day.  Don’t worry, even if you can’t remember a day or moment like that, I can still help you.  If you can remember an energizing day, or even a moment, imagine every day being just like that…

Now, that’s what I am talking about!

I know that sounds impossible or maybe farfetched, but that is exactly what I do. No, I’m not talking about get rich quick, do nothing and have money fall in your bank account, we are still talking about work.

For those of you who are already in your career, 86% of you don’t love what you do. (If you are a part of the lucky 14% who love what they do, read on. You’re about to learn why understanding why you love what you do is so important.)

No, I’m not talking about a “do what you love and the money will follow” approach, although that has a kernel of truth. That approach severely limits your possibilities.  For example, if your passions are golf and fishing, there are only so many ways to shape your life around golf or fishing or earn a living doing it.

There is a deeper, much more fundamental truth behind my techniques that will provide a lifetime of learning. Once you understand and act on that fundamental truth, you’ll know exactly how to live that energizing life you just imagined.

There is a fundamental truth behind what you’re passionate about that most people consistently miss. When you’re doing an activity that you love, it’s not the activity itself that is energizing to you.  What actually is energizing to you is what is going on in your mind when you’re doing that activity.  This is a crucial concept…so important to understand that you should go back and read it again. Application of this simple concept is what makes my techniques so effective and long-lasting.

Here is how this applies to you. When you’re doing that activity that is energizing to you, you are using a particular way of thinking and acting every time. You probably don’t know what that way of thinking is because it is largely unconscious and intuitive. You do it at the speed of light. You’re the best at this particular way of thinking and it’s so energizing to you that you can’t help but be drawn back into it

Believe it or not, every activity you love is tied together through this particular way of thinking and acting, no matter how diverse you think those activities are. They all originate from the same step-by-step process.

This core way of thinking is what we call your given Talent.  Once again, it’s not the activity itself that’s energizing to you.  To put it very simply, using your Given Talent IS what energizes you…every single time.  Antiquities tell us in the scriptures, We have different gifts, according to the grace given us”.

This philosophy goes back to your beginning, when you were formed in the womb.  Each one of us is gifted with a “Talent”.  Some have more than one, but there is one special talent you have that you were meant to pursue to find complete happiness… Joy!  Everything else we do is a chore, a job, mundane and just plain work!

Ask yourself this, “Why am I doing what I do”?  Question everything.  Remember this,

“Question with boldness even the existence of a God; because, if there be one, he must more approve of the homage of reason, than that of blind-folded fear.”
  Thomas Jefferson

When you discover your true Passion, your Gift, your Talent, the success and money will follow.  When you seek money, fame, fortune and the elusive “Success”, they are empty and meaningless.  It is only Joy that will fulfill you and allow you to truly be complete!

Summer is Over… Fall has arrived!

“So What”,  you say.  Well there is a deeper meaning here.  Summer is a great time.  If you have worked hard in the spring and summer, it is time to harvest.  What I mean is there is a season for everything.  The analogy of farming is so true in business and life.  Think about this… You must work hard in the spring and summer, plant.  By planting, you are expecting a harvest in the fall.  But, you must plant and work hard during the season, sprint, to reap a great harvest in the fall… Reward.  But, if you did not work the planting season, tilling, planting and nurturing,… prospecting, there will be no harvest… new business.

You must learn to plant in the spring or learn to beg in the fall.  Wishing and hoping for a great return on your efforts will produce nothing, if you did no prospecting early.  Winter is not far off and if you did your work in season, winter is a time to enjoy the rewards of your efforts in due season.  The latter years of your life. Nobody plants in the winter!

Listen, it is a new season, a new day.  Nothing is ever going to change until you get on calendar and start the process.  You can continue working in someone else’s field the rest of your life, but there is much land out there, new fields ripe with opportunity.

Think of it this way.  A farmer hires many workers to reap his crop.  He can’t do it alone.  He benefits from having many workers in the field bring in the harvest.  He might have started with one acre and realized with more land he could produce more, but he knew he would need help to harvest. He created jobs, opportunities for others.  He dupicated his effort once he learned how to farm.  Are you still picking for some other farmer?  Why not till your own land, build a team of people and reap a great reward from all of your work and their work?

The NetWork Marketing business is exactly that.  Duplicating your efforts with a team of people wanting to do the same.  Your 8 hour days can be multiplied by 10, 100, 1000 times.  A small piece of 1000 partners is better than 100% of just your 8 hours of work.

The farmer and many businesses take a huge investment in land, franchises, inventory, etc… But there is another way with little or no investment (of money) at all except you MUST invest your full desire, passion and motivation!

If this is starting to make sense to you, jump over to www.income2u.com and see how I am doing it.  I will help you like no other filed boss you have ever worked for.

The 8 Ways to Certain Success!

Coming from a solid Sales & Marketing background with over 38 years experience and after extensively observing, learning and implementing Networking Marketing for the last 5 years or so online, I think it is about time to speak on the keys to Certain Success! I sincerely hope you can take it to heart and use what I am about to share to exam where you are. I trust it will save you some serious headache, time, and money when it comes to marketing you & your business!

1)     “I wanna be Mr. or Ms. Gurus, too, like you.” It is good to learn all the techniques from an established leader; however, YOU are the one who will be attracting YOUR audience, not others, not me. So, invest whatever you desire to develop and sharpen your skill sets, but make the decision to be YOU!  Remember… “You are the product”!

2)     “Too busy with puzzle pieces and never bothering with the box or the puzzle picture on it?” Have you ever assembled puzzles? What happened when you didn’t look at the box for the picture of the puzzles, and just dug into the pieces and tried to assemble them together? Sounds crazy, right? Unfortunately the majority of people when they start Network Marketing, or any business for that matter, that is exactly what they do! They will stumble through all the “hottest” tools, systems, leadership styles… etc, but fail to look at the whole picture of their business, what they exactly would like to achieve or how to get there.  They went to work IN their business, before they worked ON their bussiness!

3)     “What exactly do you want to say?” A common mistake many entrepreneurs make is spending much of their resources in setting up structure, online presence and systems without planning ahead for what they want to be known for. It ends up that their content is NOT congruent, their audience is confused and the result? No Conversion.

4)     “All Directions = No Direction” Have you ever got lost, and you asked 2 or 3 people for directions? What happened if these people all told you different answers? You still get nowhere, right? It is sad to see so many new Network Marketers suffering the same symptoms! They follow many leaders, and they are pointed in all different kinds of directions.  Before they know it their time, energy, and money are gone, but their business has gone nowhere.  Antiquities tells us in Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision… the people will perish.

5)     “Sunk into the Social Media dead sea.”  We all know Social Media is one of the greatest way to build up your presents and drive traffic to your business, but if you don’t have pre-set goals: what exactly you’d like to achieve by using it, you will easily waste the most pricey commodity… “TIME”.  Can you afford that?

6)     “Addicted to advice, the ratio of Learning vs. Implementing” We all like “shopping”, don’t we? Especially when there are so many gurus selling amazing books & tapes to get us motivated, educated and gyrated. I am all about Personal Development, it is essential! However, I have seen people almost using “product-purchasing” as a way to escape the reality of doing. They thought or feel when they buy something they have already done something for their business in a big way. Well, knowledge without application does not manifest in power or result.

7)     “Still believe you can mange TIME?” I will confess myself here, I made the same mistake, and I am continuously learning it. Look, God is pretty fair; there are 24 hours a day, not more, not less. We really cannot do much about it, but we might be able to think about managing ourselves instead of time. So don’t keep frustrating yourselves with this ever-losing battle.  You can make more money… you can’t make more time… use it wisely!

8)     The disease of “I can do all things”…. Let’s face it, as entrepreneurs, to get our businesses off the ground, we try to do EVERYTHING ourselves. However, remember we just talked about useless “TIME MANAGEMENT” as above? As your business grows, the “to-do” list will only get longer; “time” will still remain the same, 24 hours/day, 7 days/week! If you still insist spending time and efforts on those tasks you are not good at, you will end up non-productive and drained of all your energy.  Interestingly, upon many consultations with my clients, I found out there is one major root issue or factor to cause all the above common mistakes: Lacking the effort in refining your BRAND… YOU!

Many people take “branding” too lightly, they think if they just mimic and brand themselves like “me too” products of many other gurus, they will do fine. In reality, that’s not so. In the end you are the ONE who will attract your audience, no other. If you just copy others, you will be “buried” in the sea of “followers”.  When you allow “yourself” to shine through with all your marketing efforts and individuality, then you will stand a strong chance to thrive with the winners!

“Why are you so successful in MLM?

People always ask us this question or say something like, “You guys are so lucky”.  Luck has nothing to do with it.  Follow these few tips and watch your results change.

  1.       Treat your business like a business. We do not treat it as a hobby or it will pay like one.  The discipline of the corporate life and demanding schedules instilled good work habits in us.  I keep a calendar, set up meetings and attend Networking events whenever available.  Educate yourself and read as much as you can.  Every encounter with others is an opportunity to grow your business, and theirs as well.  Research everything you company has to offer.

  2.       Knowledge of the industry. Reading is important to keep up with the industry and personal development.  Go back to the masters and study.

  3.       Networking. When you first meet people spend time getting to know them. Make it about them.  We don’t come at people with our opportunity or product.  I don’t even mention it at all initially.  Find out about their life, needs, business, family, etc.  Ask them how you can help them and be of service to them.  We develop a rapport first.  This usually leads the other person to ask me about what I do, and then I share my business, but with little detail.  At this point, we are in a position to help each other through our mutual networks and I want to schedule a time when we I can tell them in depth what I do and see if it might be right for them.  They may also be a resource of others who may be interested.

  4.       Preparation. The more prepared you are for meetings, presentations and conferences, the more confident you will be.  People join “you,” not the company or product you sell.  Making a connection with fewer people at a networking function is far more valuable than going for a high number of encounters but not really “connecting” and forming relationships.  Quality, not quantity!

  5.       Building a sense of community. My team and I hold regularly scheduled meetings on Sunday evening conference calls.  This forum allows new prospects to come and experience what we do, who we are and how we operate.  It truly has the feeling of family and has fostered a great sense of community.  We share the opportunity, we teach, coach and train as well as answer any questions that come up.  I truly subscribe to servant leadership.  I count my husband among my team. He has been a great support system for me. Also, as a professional sales trainer, he can speak eloquently and factually on the science behind selling.

Relationships, knowledge, passion and gratitude are the key elements that make my business successful. Appreciate your clients and your team.

Restoring Honor

Just returning from the Restoring Honor Gathering in Washington DC on August 28th 2010.  With over 600,000 people filling the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pond, God fearing men, women and children came to restore God to His rightful place in this country… “In God We Trust”.  Celebrating the 47th anniversary of Dr. Martin LKuther King’s “I have a Dream” speach in 1963.

Over 250 priest, pastors, emoms and rabbis locked arms in an ecumenical display picturing the historic Black Robe Regiment from the days of our Founding Fathers.  Susan and I stood in the glow of what is the beginning of people taking back America from a goverment that has lost all sense of history.
